Nervous System Regulation 1: Tools for Regulating Stress

Learn some tactics to manage stress when things feel like a lot.
The nervous system is a complex thing and responds to stress in different ways. We will talk about the nervous system and emotional regulation a little bit and discuss short term and long term strategies for managing this area. These will include breathing strategies, movements that can help, and discussing building long term practices that can help with resiliency during these trying times.
This exploration is the first part of a series designed to understand nervous system regulation and increase resiliency.
This exploration is being offered free in exchange for permitting photographs and recordings to be used for promotional material for Chris’s work with his business Somatic Insights. A release for the use of all images and recordings will be required to participate in this exploration.
